Capital Life Groups (also called small groups) are groups of 6-12 people who meet together weekly or bi-monthly to socialize and grow spiritually. Many different groups gather all over Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Shelton, and the surrounding areas. Capital Life Groups provide an incredible environment to strengthen and nurtures our spiritual growth through wise counsel, accountability, and meaningful relationships. Capital Life Groups are not just a church function; they really are the heartbeat of meaningful church life! In a small group setting new relationships are formed, relationship with God is enhanced, and your personal community is strengthened.

There are various types of groups, but here are some examples:

• General groups
• Men’s groups
• Women’s groups
• Couple’s groups
• Special groups (Parenting, sports, youth, foster care, families, etc.)
